Robust aroma of Zvijezda wine vinegar

Zvijezda wine vinegar is made from quality red wine, and is characterized by a pleasant, acidic taste and a spicy scent, as well as a clear red colour that comes from grape tannins. It often adds a pleasant, fruity flavour, and is somewhat more intense than alcohol-based vinegar. It is excellent as a seasoning in salads and is often used in Mediterranean cuisine. Due to its signature aroma, it is also used in meat marinades, various sauces, soups, as well as a seasoning for many main meat and veggie dishes.
